Do you offer both make-up and hair services?

I offer hairstyling services only. I have a pool of make-up artists that I recommend to brides that are equally as experienced and reliable.

What areas do you cover?

I am based in Brighton and cover all of Sussex, London and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply if travel is outside a 10-mile radius from Brighton. Additional fees could also include car parking and accommodation if the trip is longer than a 2.5-hour journey.

Do you offer hair trials? Do I need one?

Yes. I charge £100 for hair trials for those who are based in the Brighton/Hove area. Additional travel fees may apply for those outside this area.

It is important to have a trial so that it removes one stress from the day. Your 2-hour bridal consultation is a chance to unpack your vision and explore different styles so that it compliments your dress, the season and overall theme of your wedding. It also provides an opportunity to get to know each other so that I feel more like a friend than a stranger on the day.

Can I bring someone along to my trial?

Yes, you can. I usually say 1-2 people max as too many opinions can get very overwhelming. Also, if it’s possible, try to avoid children under the age of 6 at your appointments as this is your time and the focus should solely be on you.

How many people can be catered for on my wedding day?

I can style up to 8 ladies on your wedding day, depending on start times.

How long does it take to style the bride’s hair and my bridal parties?

I allocate 1 – 1.5 hrs for the bride (depending on the complexity of the style chosen) and between 45 mins – 1 hr for the rest of the bridal party.

Do you provide advice on how to best prep my hair for my wedding day?

I sure do. Prior to your trial you will be sent a hair prep instruction sheet that I ask you to follow and send to your bridal party prior to the wedding.

How far out from my wedding should I book my hair trial?

I usually recommend booking your trial 2 months prior to your Wedding. This gives you time to feel comfortable with the style you have chosen, and allows you to change your mind before the day if necessary.

What is your refund policy?

You are kindly asked to give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged at half the cost of your appointment.
